Cybersecurity GRC Specialist

About the Role

ES Consulting is seeking two Cybersecurity GRC Specialists to join its resident cybersecurity team. This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a leading government entity on-site. The role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of robust cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments across various assets, systems, projects, and third parties.
• Manage the risk register and remediation plans from end-to-end.
• Perform compliance and gap assessments against NCA controls, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
• Support internal and external audits, and prepare executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with eGRC tools and third-party risk management.
• Strong knowledge of national (NCA) and international cybersecurity frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is an on-site contract role based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working directly with a leading government entity.
