Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing operations to meet production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR).
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure material readiness.
- Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor production teams while conducting essential training.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and production processes.
- Experience in supervising teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
