About the Role

TMC is seeking a Cybersecurity PMO Lead / Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role is central to planning, governing, tracking, and reporting on cybersecurity programs, compliance initiatives, and transformation projects within mission-critical aviation environments. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity PMO Lead / Specialist will manage the cybersecurity Program Management Office (PMO) function. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, establishing robust governance frameworks, tracking project roadmaps, coordinating with vendors, and assuring delivery across complex operational settings. The focus is on maintaining high standards of cybersecurity in critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish cybersecurity PMO governance, delivery controls, reporting cadence, and documentation standards.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
• Track NCA compliance initiatives, audit readiness, evidence collection, remediation actions, and closure reporting.
• Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and status reports.
• Coordinate cybersecurity delivery across IT, OT, operations, engineering, procurement, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.

Required Experience and Background

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting Air Navigation Services (ANS), Air Traffic Services (ATS), Air Traffic Management (ATM), airports, aviation authorities, rail, metro, or other critical infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with high-availability environments involving multiple vendors, regulators, acceptance gates, and operational risks.
