The Debt Advisory Team

The A&M Debt Advisory team supports Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, and Corporate clients throughout economic cycles. The team provides advice on debt raising, capital structure optimization, and navigating challenging financial situations. Composed of experienced ex-bankers and advisors, the team has expertise across the credit spectrum and has worked on various borrowing instruments in both private and public capital markets. Advice ranges from optimizing capital structures and reviewing financing options to planning and execution, including identifying lenders, presenting credit stories, and negotiating terms.

Role Overview: Debt Advisory Analyst

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Debt Advisory Analyst to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in an advisory or banking background. The Middle Eastern team is active across EMEA, serving global and regional private equity firms, multinational corporations, and family offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Private Equity, Corporate, Infrastructure investors, and Family Office clients in funding acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations.
• Reviewing refinancing options to support growth strategies.
• Advising on optimal capital structures.
• Providing assistance on refinancing and amending existing debt facilities.
• Assisting borrowers with managing relationships with debt providers and raising new capital.
• Carrying out financial modeling, including analyzing business forecasts, scenario analysis, and covenant sensitivities.
