About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Decision Support & Analytics Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, ready to lead our analytics and business intelligence operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of analysts in transforming complex business data into actionable strategic insights. The Lead will oversee the execution of analytical plans, build visual executive dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support senior leadership in key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the decision support and analytics team in daily data modeling, strategic planning, and performance reporting tasks.
• Establish operational KPIs for the analytics team and ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and technical teams to streamline data requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end preparation and execution of strategic analytical plans, business performance assessments, and market insights.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative metrics into clear executive summaries, presentations, and actionable business strategies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and market trends to proactively propose risk mitigations and strategic enhancements.
• Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of interactive executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Standardize analytical frameworks and reporting templates to ensure seamless alignment across all business functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Decision Support.
• Proven leadership or team supervision experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong expertise in strategic reporting, financial/operational data modeling, and executive presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
