About the Role: Delivery Coordinator, Furniture Installation

Ariika is seeking a Delivery Coordinator, Furniture Installation to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the successful delivery and installation of furniture at customer locations. The role requires direct on-site presence and active supervision of the installation process.

Role Purpose and Context

The Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in the final stage of the customer experience. This position involves accompanying the delivery driver and orders to customer sites, where the primary responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the furniture delivery and installation. It is important to note that this is not a driving position; the focus is on on-site coordination and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to schedule and confirm delivery appointments prior to vehicle dispatch.
• Accompany the delivery driver and orders to customer locations.
• Supervise and coordinate the furniture delivery and installation process on-site.
• Ensure products are delivered and installed properly and in accordance with company standards.
• Capture photos and videos of delivered and installed products at the customer's site for quality control and documentation purposes.
• Obtain customer signatures on all required documents as proof of delivery.
• Address any on-site customer concerns and liaise with relevant internal teams as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in delivery coordination, delivery supervision, logistics, or a similar role.
• Mandatory experience in furniture installation is required and highly preferred.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent knowledge of Riyadh routes and areas.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and accompany delivery teams to various customer locations.
• Good attention to detail and the capacity to handle customer interactions professionally.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent on-site presence at customer locations throughout Riyadh to oversee furniture delivery and installation processes.
