About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company | القدية is seeking an experienced Delivery Director for its Commercial Office (CO) project. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is central to overseeing the successful execution of significant office developments within the Qiddiya project portfolio.

Role Purpose

The Delivery Director is a critical, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving project execution. This involves ensuring that cutting-edge commercial office spaces are delivered in alignment with established quality standards, project schedules, and budget objectives, contributing to the creation of world-class developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process for commercial office projects, from initial design phases through to completion and handover.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans that align with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, proactively control risks, and resolve issues promptly to maintain project schedule and budget adherence.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding project status, identified risks, and emerging opportunities.
• Promote innovative and sustainable practices across all stages of project development.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery, particularly within large-scale commercial office developments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a hands-on approach to project management, and a proven track record of successful project execution.
