About the Role

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Department Manager - Beauty to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and developing a team to achieve high revenue targets while upholding brand image, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales, monitor performance, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Minimize stock loss by managing and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Analyze stock management information to maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare and analyze reports to understand performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and provide stock-related feedback to Buying/Planning.
Prepare and implement in-store stock takes in liaison with the Operations team.
Recommend, manage, and support sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards.
Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning.
Maintain Visual Merchandising standards within brand guidelines.
Implement company standards for maintenance and cleanliness.
Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and recommendations.

People Management

Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Coach and motivate the team to enhance performance, produce quality work, and support their development for higher-level roles.
