Deputy Design Manager

About the Role

IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture is seeking an experienced Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is suitable for a professional with 2-5 years of experience who possesses strong design skills and technical expertise.

Role Purpose

The Architect will be responsible for delivering architectural solutions, managing design projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and contributing to the development of innovative architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Lead and manage proposals for design contracts.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using advanced design software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in architecture.
• Demonstrated strong design skills and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in advanced design software for drawings, plans, and 3D models.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.

Additional Requirements

• International exposure or experience working on global projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
