IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture is seeking an experienced Deputy Design Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for a professional with strong design skills and technical expertise, focused on delivering architectural solutions.

Role Overview

The Deputy Design Manager will contribute to architectural design projects from concept through to completion. The role involves managing design proposals and ensuring project compliance with established standards. This position requires 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Lead and manage proposals for design contracts.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using advanced design software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Saudi national.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
