About the Digital Marketing & Communications Associate Role

The American International School Riyadh (AIS-R) is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing and communications. The role offers an annual salary of SAR 98,292.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate regularly with the Communications & Brand Design Manager on social media strategy, digital storytelling, and communications design projects.
• Execute daily digital presence activities, including social media management and community engagement, in line with the Brand-Building playbook.
• Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for admissions lead generation, in collaboration with the AMC and Community Engagement Manager.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Monitor and respond to engagement on social media channels.
• Support Admissions and community engagement marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Collaborate to maintain website content, including news and homepage updates, to ensure a regular refresh cycle.

Content Creation and Event Coverage

• Undertake photographic responsibilities at school events, including evening events, with content potentially included in the AIS-R Yearbook.
• Photograph key and calendared school events.
• Collaborate with teachers, students, and other stakeholders to tell AIS-R’s stories.
• Assist in marketing and branding design projects, including signage, invitations, and programs.

Performance Tracking and Coordination

• Monitor the annual school events calendar.
• Track and report on digital marketing Return on Investment (ROI) and website conversion rates.
• Collect data on marketing performance and engagement.
• Keep well informed on school activities and publications.
• Perform other related tasks and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Employment Terms and Work Schedule

The salary for this position will be assigned from the Classified Administrative Support Salary Schedule. This role operates under a 200-day contract. The standard work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an extended day until 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and an earlier finish at 4:00 PM on Thursdays.
