الرصيص لإدارة الاملاك is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with foundational experience in digital transformation, aiming to convert business and operational challenges into effective, automated, and scalable digital solutions.

Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Specialist will focus on driving digital initiatives across the organization. This involves hands-on application of skills in business analysis, process automation, ERP systems, and AI-enabled business solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. The specialist will be instrumental in implementing digital strategies from conception to impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes from a digital perspective to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI adoption, aiming to reduce manual tasks.
• Design and implement future-state digital processes and workflows that streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and implement appropriate digital solutions utilizing ERP systems, workflow automation tools, AI, AI agents, and system integrations.
• Execute digital transformation initiatives comprehensively, from initial business requirements and solution design through implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and subsequent impact measurement.
• Continuously measure and improve digital initiatives based on metrics such as automation rate, process cycle time, productivity, operational efficiency, and reduction of manual effort.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in translating business processes and requirements into implemented digital solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or certification in Lean / Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents, and their application in business operations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment focused on leveraging technology to enhance business processes.
