Qiddiya is seeking a Director Commercial and Partnerships for its Film Studio. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving commercial growth and strategic partnerships within the film, media, and entertainment sectors.

Role Overview

The Director Commercial and Partnerships will lead the commercial growth strategy for Playmaker Film Studio. This involves generating revenue through strategic partnerships, leasing activities, sponsorships, marketing initiatives, and business development. The primary objective is to maximize studio utilization, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate long-term relationships across the industry ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the studio's commercial and partnership strategy.
• Identify and secure new revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, retention, and occupancy performance.
• Drive marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives for the studio.
• Manage digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue targets.
• Represent Playmaker Film Studio to industry partners, investors, production companies, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial leadership, partnerships, or business development within the film, media, or entertainment industries.
