The Opportunity: Director Facility Management Operations

We are seeking a Director Facility Management Operations to oversee large-scale facility management contracts. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and focuses on ensuring service quality, compliance, and profitability across multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site operations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and client relationships for key accounts.
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and profitability of facility management contracts.
• Drive operational standardization, workforce productivity, and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support contract renewals and new bids.
• Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and compliance standards across all operations.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated senior operations leadership experience within facility management or outsourced services.
• Strong exposure to large contracts and workforce-intensive environments.
• Proven client management skills, operational discipline, and leadership maturity.
• Experience operating in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• A technical FM background is considered advantageous.
