The Role: Director of Digital Media

Sama Al Arabia is seeking a Director of Digital Media for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of digital media strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the planning of digital campaigns.
• Manage media buying processes and optimize performance.
• Supervise all social media activities.
• Coordinate effectively with content, PR, and account management teams.
• Analyze performance data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Guide the allocation of budgets for digital media initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends and industry best practices.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in digital media or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working within media or advertising agencies.
• Prior experience in the MENA region is preferred.
