Role Overview

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking an Electrical Engineer Maintenance Workshop to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on essential electrical maintenance tasks within a workshop environment.

Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to support and execute basic electrical maintenance activities, encompassing both preventive and corrective measures, for workshop equipment and machinery. The Electrical Engineer will operate under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and strict adherence to all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults using standard diagnostic devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities as directed.
Participate in the replacement of damaged electrical components and conduct post-repair testing to confirm equipment readiness.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and input data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Support the identification of necessary spare parts, tools, and materials for workshop operations.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to monitor work progress and prepare daily status reports.
Strictly adhere to occupational safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols for electrical safety.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop working environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant electrical engineering or maintenance role.
Strong foundational knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and schematics.
Basic proficiency in using electrical testing tools and interpreting technical catalogs.
Demonstrated eagerness for hands-on learning and technical problem-solving.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a workshop setting.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in a dynamic workshop environment in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role emphasizes practical application and adherence to stringent safety protocols.
