About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Emerging Technology Services Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of professional experience and focuses on driving innovation initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies, and developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that support business transformation. The successful candidate will translate new technologies into scalable business solutions.

Role Overview

The Emerging Technology Services Engineer will be responsible for hands-on experimentation and implementation across various advanced technological domains. This includes working with AI/ML, cloud-native platforms, and developing robust automation and orchestration solutions. The role involves a strong focus on innovation enablement, ensuring that technological advancements are effectively integrated to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to address business and technical challenges.
Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new ideas and technologies.
Build scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions.
Design and implement automation and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to identify innovation opportunities.
Assess technology trends and recommend adoption strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop prototypes and pilot solutions to demonstrate business value.
Document solution architectures, technical findings, and best practices.
Mentor technical teams on emerging technologies and innovation frameworks.
Participate in architecture reviews and technology governance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant technology role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Essential Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess hands-on experience in AI/ML experimentation, cloud-native technologies, automation, and orchestration. A proven ability to translate new technologies into scalable business solutions is essential for this role.
