About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Engineer - Electrician to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the physical safety and functionality of the hotel property, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas, to ensure physical functionality and safety.
Respond promptly to guest service requests and team member work orders.
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across different areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
Document all completed inspections and repairs, flagging any issues that require further attention.
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
Demonstrate expertise in the repair and maintenance of VRF HVAC systems.
Maintain mechanical plant equipment and conduct daily inspections.
Monitor and control property temperature.
Monitor and analyze energy and utility consumption.
Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and wiring.
Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, fittings, valves, and related components.
Troubleshoot and repair water leaks, drainage systems, water supply systems, and other plumbing issues.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical power supply systems, control panels, relays, and electric water heaters.
