About the Role

AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company is seeking an Engineer II, Production Operations to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the daily production operations of asphalt plants, crushers, and related facilities. The role focuses on ensuring operations align with production plans, promoting efficient equipment use, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

Core Operational Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily asphalt, crusher, and concrete plant operations in accordance with approved plans and schedules.
• Monitor plant performance, material consumption, and production data through routine checks to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide direct support to plant operators and helpers during shift operations to ensure continuous workflow and address immediate operational needs.

Coordination and Quality Assurance

• Coordinate production schedules effectively with the Production Manager and Mining Engineer to ensure smooth workflow and optimal material availability.
• Assist in coordinating essential maintenance activities during equipment breakdowns and scheduled shutdowns to minimize operational downtime.
• Support product quality by diligently following established process parameters and collaborating closely with the quality assurance team.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and shift production reports, utilizing available production data to provide accurate insights.

Compliance and Safety

• Adhere strictly to organizational policies and procedures to ensure full compliance and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Implement and uphold all safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of employees and safeguard company assets.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team and achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Location

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in production operations, ideally within the asphalt, crusher, or concrete plant sectors. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
