About the Enterprise Risk Management Manager Role

WTTCO Water Transmission and Technologies Company is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's enterprise risk management strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a proactive risk culture.

Core Responsibilities

The Enterprise Risk Management Manager will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties focused on establishing and maintaining a robust risk management program. This includes:

• Developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policies, procedures, and controls across all organizational areas.
• Creating ERM strategic and operational plans that align with WTTCO's strategy, vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
• Managing the ERM budget and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
• Fulfilling Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) responsibilities and requirements.
• Setting ERM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring progress towards WTTCO's strategic objectives.
• Identifying talent and competency needs within the ERM function and providing recommendations for human resources decisions.
• Ensuring timely and accurate ERM reporting that meets organizational standards.
• Delegating duties and responsibilities in the absence of team members.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in ERM systems and practices, considering leading practices, cost reduction, and productivity.
• Ensuring all work is conducted efficiently and in line with annual business plans, goals, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards, including those related to Human Capital, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE), Risk, and Cybersecurity.
• Escalating problems to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
• Developing and managing a company-wide ERM strategy aligned with WTTCO's overall objectives.
• Ensuring the ERM framework supports strategic goal achievement and provides a clear roadmap for risk mitigation.
• Establishing, refining, and enforcing risk management policies, processes, and controls for comprehensive risk coverage.
• Defining operational and strategic guidelines for risk management, including roles and responsibilities.
• Leading risk identification, assessment, and threat analysis across various service lines and strategic initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining the corporate risk register, prioritizing risks, and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Proactively identifying and assessing emerging risks and providing mitigation recommendations.
• Monitoring the alignment of WTTCO's insurance coverage with the enterprise risk profile to ensure adequacy and avoid gaps or duplication.
• Managing relationships with brokers to secure cost-effective insurance solutions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of insurance programs as a risk mitigation tool.
• Overseeing liabilities and property insurance policies for compliance.
• Monitoring and reviewing key risk performance indicators to assess control effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Preparing comprehensive reports on risk management operations for senior leadership.
• Conducting periodic and ad-hoc risk assessments for new projects, initiatives, and business environment changes.
• Developing and implementing risk management awareness and training programs.
