About NTU International A/S and the Project

NTU International A/S is currently leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project, "Egypt Downtown Facility." This initiative aims to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. The project will provide rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance to support jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities, contributing to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation, and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

The Role of Senior Non-Key Expert – EU Cooperation & Programme Cycle

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – EU Cooperation & Programme Cycle to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience to support technical assistance assignments within the framework of EU external cooperation. The role focuses on various stages of the programme and project cycle, from identification and formulation to implementation support and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Support technical assistance assignments related to EU external cooperation.
Contribute to programme and project cycle management activities.
Assist in the identification and formulation of interventions.
Provide implementation support for EU-funded actions.
Participate in monitoring and evaluation processes.
Prepare EU programme and technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in EU cooperation mechanisms and programme cycle management.
