About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading service standards, maintaining lounge presentation, and ensuring guest satisfaction for executive and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold brand and quality standards to meet the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
• Guide team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide professional hospitality.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.
