About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Interact with guests and provide comprehensive service during their meal.
Clean work areas and maintain supplies.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. Responsibilities involve reading and verifying information, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks also include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant service role. A commitment to delivering genuine, personalized, and anticipatory hospitality is essential.
