About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Support Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests, focusing on service excellence within the food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Assist kitchen staff as required.
Clean and maintain work areas to ensure hygiene and safety.
Replenish supplies as needed to support smooth operations.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

All F&B Support Experts are expected to uphold fundamental standards critical to guest satisfaction and hotel operations. This includes creating a safe workspace, adhering to company guidelines and procedures, and maintaining quality standards. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is essential.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Tasks involve moving over various surfaces, reviewing menus, and engaging in diverse physical activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. The position also requires reaching high places, bending down, and making movements that involve bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required. Previous experience in gastronomic environments will be valued.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
License or Certification: None required.
