Role Overview

Lenovo is seeking a Facility Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role involves comprehensive technical and project management throughout the equipment lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects throughout the equipment lifecycle, including drafting technical requirements, overseeing quality during construction, and managing system handover and acceptance testing.
• Develop and implement overall equipment maintenance plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standards.
• Supervise daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for managing communication and coordination with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company regarding all equipment-related services.
• Review technical schemes, approve drawings, and manage technical archiving.
• Conduct and participate in internal and external skill training programs.
• Organize and oversee operational training and assessment for equipment personnel.
• Drive technological innovation and process optimization to execute cost-control, energy-saving, and consumption-reduction projects.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility management or a similar technical role.
