Role Overview

Dsquares is seeking a F&B Loyalty Engagement Executive to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and is responsible for driving growth within the F&B category. The Executive will manage category performance, lead client strategy, and oversee the rollout of new products and features, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize client growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth for the assigned F&B category.
• Track, analyze, and report category-level KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Develop and share structured monthly plans for assigned clients, aligned with their business objectives.
• Monitor category and client performance, recommending optimization actions.
• Lead new product and feature rollouts within the category, including GTM planning, adoption tracking, defining success metrics, and performance monitoring.
• Consult clients on loyalty, retention, and growth strategies based on data insights and category benchmarks.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with assigned clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The role involves significant collaboration with various internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and strategic alignment:

• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Operations, Tech, and Marketing teams to drive client growth, improve product experience, and resolve operational blockers.
• Work with the Product team to share product requirements, experience insights, and collaborate on roadmap priorities based on feature impact.
• Work closely with the Growth team monthly on brand strategy, objectives, and campaign direction.
• Ensure all customer communications and campaigns align with the brand's tone of voice and identity.
• Share a structured monthly plan with the growth team, detailing client strategy, objectives, campaign specifics, category-based insights, and communication direction.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-driven professional with 5-10 years of experience, demonstrating a strong ability to manage category performance and lead client engagement.
