The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This role goes beyond standard food service, requiring initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meal. The expert ensures that all transactions feel like an integral part of the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Contributing to creating and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding high quality standards in service delivery.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Managing the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
• No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Physical Demands

The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. It also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also necessary to perform the duties of this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
