About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is centered on delivering exceptional and memorable dining experiences for our guests, moving beyond standard food and beverage service to create a unique atmosphere.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for building a memorable and unique guest experience, where food and drinks serve as a complementary element. This role requires taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meal, making all interactions, including transactions, feel like an integral part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for guest service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requirements.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Contribute to a safe workplace environment by following established guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards are consistently met.
• Manage menu information by accurately reading and visually verifying details.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: No specific license or certification is required.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• A hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required by job duties.
