About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 is seeking a Field Support, ACES TREX to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing last-mile delivery operations to meet and exceed customer expectations through process excellence.

Role Purpose and Context

The ACES Specialist, also known as TREX (Transportation Excellence) Field Support, will standardize processes across operations and contribute to optimizing delivery station performance. This role involves providing stations with the necessary knowledge and tools to improve quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The objective is to lead the Last Mile (LM) quality agenda by addressing complex problems with practical solutions and developing deep knowledge of operational processes. Effective communication plans will be crucial for ensuring visibility and alignment across all impacted teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-ground support and serve as the primary contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking.
• Work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardization through the sharing of best practices.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success using in-station and on-road performance indicators.
• Set up and execute action plans to drive current performance towards benchmark rates.
• Act as a key driver for successful order execution, positively influencing customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex issues into simple, practical solutions. Experience in logistics, operations, or a related field focusing on process improvement and quality assurance is beneficial. The ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies is also important for ensuring process alignment across various teams.
