About the Role

Landmark Arabia is seeking a Finance Lead to manage all finance operations for its legal entities in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this full-time position is critical for ensuring compliance, driving financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across the Kingdom.

Role Overview and Impact

The Finance Lead for KSA will oversee the comprehensive financial landscape, acting as a key partner to country management. This role involves direct responsibility for financial performance, regulatory adherence, and strategic financial planning, contributing significantly to the company's operational efficiency and growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Entity Finance & Controllership: Manage all finance operations for KSA legal entities, including accounting, audit, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance. Ensure accurate and timely closing of books in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP. Coordinate with external auditors, local tax authorities (ZATCA), and legal advisors. Oversee VAT compliance, returns filing, and reconciliations. Lead compliance with e-invoicing mandates in KSA.
  • Commercial & Business Finance: Act as the primary finance partner to the Country Managers in KSA. Own the local P&Ls, perform variance analysis, and provide strategic insights to drive top-line and margin improvements.
  • Supply Chain Finance: Partner with operations, warehousing, and logistics teams to manage and optimize supply chain costs. Monitor and control fulfillment, shipping, and last-mile delivery expenses. Support make vs buy, route optimization, and vendor efficiency decisions.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage day-to-day banking and fund flow operations. Ensure accurate forecasting and optimization of working capital, including collections and payables. Maintain strong banking relationships and drive treasury efficiency.
  • FP&A and Strategic Initiatives: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business review cycles for KSA. Drive process automation and reporting standardization. Support regional finance transformation projects, ERP enhancements, and system integration efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
  • Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations and IFRS standards.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring dedicated engagement with local and regional teams to achieve financial objectives and support business growth.
