About the Role

LNKD is seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and contribute to the development of accounting strategies. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves both broad strategic responsibilities and hands-on management, particularly relevant for an SME environment.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the finance and accounting team, taking complete responsibility for the finance, accounting, auditing, reporting, legal, and HR functions. This position ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and acts as the primary contact for headquarters on all finance-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance, Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and maintain all accounting documents, oversee financial transactions, and manage overall company finances (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking).
  • Reconcile and prepare quarterly VAT returns, monthly excise returns, UBO, and ESR submissions as required.
  • Prepare local reporting for ZATCA, Ministry of Finance, E-invoicing, and Labor departments.
  • Participate in periodic local executive management meetings.
  • Evaluate and establish workflows and internal controls for Finance and Personnel Structure to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting to headquarters, including preparing analysis and reports (MIS, cashflow).
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the CEO/Group FC.
  • Manage financial reporting, budget, and long-range planning (LRP) strategy for the Finance Department in coordination with the CEO/Group FC.
  • Ensure yearly audit compliances.
  • Fully manage the Accounts Receivable/Overdue process, including follow-up with sales and customers, and collections management for delinquent accounts.
  • Manage corporate banking accounts, entries, and upkeep, including payments, checks, remittances, liaising with banks, KYC completion, and negotiation.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance periodic reporting quality and analytics.
  • Assist the CEO with budgeting processes (sales, cost, HR, payroll) and balancing the P&L as per overall strategy.
  • Participate in financial model simulations and offer advice to the CEO.
  • Conduct annual budgeting and forecasts, inventory/stock valuation and reconciliation, group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and monthly HQ submissions.
  • Administration: Oversee all HR tasks with the PRO, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, administration, disputes, contracts, and Saudization.
  • Monitor company contractual obligations such as rentals, leases, insurance policies, and annual maintenance contracts.
  • Prepare and execute monthly payroll.
  • Implement Human Resource Management policies under CEO directives.
  • Collect, evaluate, capture, and reimburse staff expense returns as per local policies.
  • Monitor staff development progress as per CEO plans and actively participate in training and refreshing courses.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide financial leadership and manage comprehensive financial functions.
  • Experience in SME environments is beneficial, encompassing both strategic oversight and hands-on operational management.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
