About the Role

Senna is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across its hotel portfolio. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role involves strategic financial planning, comprehensive reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. The Finance Manager will serve as a key advisor to leadership and stakeholders on financial performance.

Role Context and Impact

This position is central to maintaining the financial health and strategic growth of Senna's hotel assets. The Finance Manager will drive profitability and efficiency by aligning financial strategies with overarching business goals. The role requires a strong focus on financial controls, transparent reporting, and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations across the hotel portfolio, focusing on profitability and efficiency aligned with strategic goals.
• Direct the preparation of annual financial plans, projections, and budgets.
• Provide financial insights to support critical business decisions.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, Area and Cluster General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers.
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centres, and Regional Operations Finance.
• Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hotel policies.
• Maintain financial controls to safeguard hotel assets within applicable policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.
• Implement systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting.
• Review and authorize hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses.
• Manage team performance, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on overseeing financial operations, planning, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leadership and external stakeholders using data-driven analysis.
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships across multiple internal departments.
• Solid background in financial controls with familiarity with policy and regulatory compliance.
• Proven people management experience, including performance and development responsibilities.
