Role Overview: Finance Transformation Manager

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join its CFO and Enterprise Value team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Manager will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, working within a diverse team of experts to deliver successful tech-enabled transformation and new kinds of value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working, enhancing processes, and refining operating models.
• Apply judgment to address complex client business challenges, utilizing rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques for business cases, and making decisions with minimal management oversight.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, demonstrate agile design principles to clients, and co-develop and secure design decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients throughout engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities and developing and presenting proposals.
• Support the development of CFO&EV practice and community capabilities, such as creating offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, and engaging with wider CFO&EV and other Accenture teams.
• Lead and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams by setting an example, actively mentoring team members, and contributing to performance management.
• Continuously learn new skills and enhance existing capabilities to contribute to the growth of CFO&EV and the broader Accenture organization.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in finance transformation or a related field, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities and the ability to apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. This role requires proven leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams, a commitment to continuous learning, and the capacity to build and maintain robust client relationships. Experience in facilitating workshops and contributing to business development is essential.
