Lendo is seeking a Financial Accountant Specialist to join its expanding Finance team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial operations. Role Contribution and Development

The Financial Accountant Specialist will provide essential support across various financial functions, including payroll, banking relationships, tax compliance, and month-end reporting. This position involves close collaboration with senior Finance leaders, offering direct exposure to commercial finance and business partnering, and serving as a pathway for development into a broader finance role.

Financial Accounting Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain General Ledger accuracy and financial records.
• Support audit requests and financial reporting requirements.

Payroll, Banking, and Treasury Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and coordinate payroll inputs with HR.
• Resolve payroll-related queries.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple banking partners.
• Proactively follow up on banking requests and documentation.
• Coordinate account openings, amendments, and banking documentation.
• Monitor banking transactions and support treasury activities.

Tax Compliance and Business Partnering

• Prepare VAT returns and withholding tax filings.
• Maintain supporting documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with statutory reporting requirements.
• Support senior Finance leaders with financial analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare management reports.
• Develop commercial understanding of the business to become a future Finance Business Partner.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates for this full-time Financial Accountant Specialist position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional capable of operating effectively within a dynamic finance team and contributing to the company's financial integrity.
