Logistiya | لوجستيا is a Saudi-based logistics and industrial real estate developer and investment platform. Established in 2024 and majority-owned by Rikaz, the company focuses on developing high-quality, purpose-built assets. These assets include Grade A warehouses, distribution centers, logistics parks, truck facilities, and other industrial developments.

The Role of Financial Controller

Logistiya is seeking a Financial Controller to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day financial operations. The role involves managing accounting processes, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounting processes.
Monitor cash flows and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with external auditors.
Optimize financial systems and workflows.
Help build scalable financial practices aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant financial role.
Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive financial operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
