Role Overview

Talents Sea is actively seeking an experienced Financial Risk Manager to join a leading Saudi financing company. This organization is publicly listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and plays a significant role in the region's financial sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional capable of leading and enhancing the financial risk management framework across the entire enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Risk Management framework across the organization.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report financial risks comprehensively.
• Manage various risk categories including liquidity, market, credit, and interest rate risks.
• Develop and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), alongside conducting thorough stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and the company's defined risk appetite.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on risk exposure and strategic recommendations to Executive Management and the Risk Committee.
• Enhance risk governance, policies, controls, and best practices through collaborative efforts with Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Business functions.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in financial risk management.
• Demonstrated previous experience within a related financial services field.
• Proficiency in the English language, with good command for professional communication.

Compensation and Location

This full-time role offers a competitive salary structure, complemented by a performance-based bonus. The position is permanently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
