AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing daily facilities services to ensure efficient and compliant operations within the organization's standards.

The Facilities Management Supervisor Role

The Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of facilities services. This includes ensuring that buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained effectively, safely, and in adherence to organizational standards. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating service vendors, and ensuring optimal functionality of infrastructure to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Manage and monitor vendor performance for outsourced services.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle work orders, service requests, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in budget planning and control facility-related expenses.
• Support emergency response activities and crisis management procedures.
• Train, guide, and supervise facility staff for efficient performance.
• Implement energy-saving and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, demonstrating a strong background in overseeing facility operations and maintenance.
