The Role of Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer

Alfanar is seeking a Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to various projects within the company's diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Train subordinates and build an effective team to accomplish work objectives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to subordinates across all work aspects.
Delegate assignments to subordinates as appropriate.
Ensure equitable distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
Resolve emerging problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
Ensure adherence to quality requirements, developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking automation opportunities.
Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative adherence, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.
