About the Future Airport Leaders Program

Riyadh Airports is launching the Future Airport Leaders Program, a 12-month internship designed for fresh graduates in Riyadh. This program aims to empower participants to build successful careers in airport management by combining practical application with hands-on experience and professional skill development. The initiative is focused on preparing a new generation of Saudi talent to lead the future of the aviation sector, with successful completion leading to full-time employment.

Program Structure and Specializations

The Future Airport Leaders Program spans 12 months, providing comprehensive training and development. The initial phase focuses on Airside Operations, after which participants will be assigned to one of two specialized tracks to deepen their expertise.

• Year One Focus: Airside Operations
• Following Assignment to One of Two Tracks:
  • Track 1: Operations & Safety
  • Track 2: Planning & Analytics

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates interested in the Future Airport Leaders Program must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Saudi national.
• A recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering Management.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of * out of , or equivalent.
• Graduated from a Saudi or internationally accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education (certificate equivalency required for international degrees).
• Meet one of the following English language requirements: IELTS: / TOEFL: 500 / STEP: 83.
• Meet the medical requirements for the nominated position.
• Successfully pass all required assessments, interviews, and job-related requirements.
• Be available to commit full-time to the program.
