Qureos is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the business operations and growth of an established specialty coffee and F&B business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for driving business growth, operational performance, and profitability within the Saudi F&B market.

Role Overview

The General Manager will lead the overall business strategy and performance, focusing on revenue generation, market expansion, and customer experience. The role requires strong commercial and sales capabilities, along with an established network across the Saudi F&B industry to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, strategy, and performance.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Drive sales, business development, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Utilize an established Saudi F&B market network to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across stores, teams, and business functions.
• Monitor sales, revenue, costs, profitability, and key business KPIs.
• Lead and develop Store Managers, Operations, Sales, and support teams.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, product quality, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for new stores, business channels, partnerships, catering, corporate sales, and other revenue streams.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and overall P&L performance.
• Lead negotiations with key clients, landlords, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Represent the business in industry events, meetings, networking activities, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide regular business performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience as a commercially driven F&B General Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi F&B market.
• An established industry network.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, multi-unit operations, and profitability management.
• Experience with established specialty coffee or leading café brands is highly valued.
