General Mechanic

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a General Mechanic to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the maintenance of hotel facilities to ensure physical safety, functionality, and overall condition for guests and team members. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the physical functionality, safety, and condition of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and heart-of-house areas.
• Promptly respond to guest calls, team member requests, and maintenance work orders related to mechanical issues.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment, fixtures, pumps, valves, plumbing systems, and other hotel facilities as required.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify mechanical faults and assist in resolving breakdowns to ensure hotel equipment and facilities remain operational.
• Support the Engineering team with general maintenance tasks across the hotel when required.
• Record completed inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities, and report any issues requiring further attention.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to perform general mechanical maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices for mechanical equipment and systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the hotel's maintenance team to support the continuous operation and safety of all facilities.
