Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC), established in 1987 as a Saudi joint stock company, is seeking a Governance & Compliance Specialist. This role is integral to maintaining the company's regulatory adherence and transparency within the capital market.

Role Overview

The Governance & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SAIC's governance and compliance frameworks. This position involves managing the company's disclosures on Tadawul and serving as a primary point of coordination with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and publish company disclosures on Tadawul, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with the CMA's Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations.
• Address CMA inquiries, observations, and requests by preparing timely responses and supporting documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments issued by the CMA and evaluate their potential impact on the company's operations and compliance.
• Ensure continuous compliance with the Companies Law and the CMA's Corporate Governance Regulations.
• Draft and update governance policies, procedures, and reports for management, board committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Assess compliance risks and conduct periodic reviews of internal processes and documentation to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and investor relations teams on all matters related to disclosure and compliance.
• Provide training and advice to staff on governance and disclosure requirements to foster a culture of compliance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will work within a professional corporate environment, collaborating with various internal departments and external regulatory bodies.
