Tanmiah is seeking a General Manager of Governance & Compliance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the company's operations align with regulatory requirements and international best practices.

Role Overview

The General Manager of Governance & Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously strengthening Tanmiah’s governance and compliance frameworks. This position promotes transparency and accountability across all company operations, ensuring full alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks to ensure Tanmiah’s full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee the preparation and periodic review of corporate policies, procedures, and delegation of authority to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational integrity.
• Drive a culture of compliance across all departments through awareness sessions, monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and assess legislation, identify compliance risks, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Supervise the preparation of governance and compliance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in governance and compliance.

Work Conditions

This is a full-time, office-based position at Tanmiah’s headquarters in Riyadh. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
