The Role: Governance Manager

Hosoon Reality is seeking a Governance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure these frameworks align with regulatory requirements and company objectives, contributing to the organization's integrity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and relevant external regulations.
• Coordinate all governance-related reporting activities.
• Support risk management activities across various business units.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to review and update governance structures.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
• Promote best practices in transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on governance policies.
• Prepare comprehensive materials for board and committee meetings.

Candidate Profile
