Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Craft Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves creating and delivering high-quality graphic assets across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and meeting production standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with fresh graduates who possess a strong portfolio encouraged to apply.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to produce and deliver graphic assets for print, digital, and immersive installations. This includes large format designs, projection mapping, touchscreen/UI, motion graphics, and AR/VR/3D content. The Graphic Designer will ensure that all outputs meet client and production standards while maintaining Craft Group's brand identity across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce creative assets such as branding materials, signage, presentations, exhibition graphics, digital UI, and print-ready artwork.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, including color management, bleed, appropriate file formats, resolution, and print specifications.
• Create motion graphics and video assets for various displays and projection needs.
• Support interactive and immersive projects, including Unity, AR/VR, and touchscreen interfaces, in collaboration with developers and AV teams.
• Coordinate with printers, fabricators, and AV suppliers, and attend production and site checks as required.
• Maintain asset libraries, templates, and version control for all design elements.
• Act as a custodian of Craft Group's visual identity and propose improvements to brand templates and guidelines.
• Design platform-specific social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, optimizing based on performance metrics.
• Adopt emerging AI design tools to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere is preferred.
• Knowledge of print production processes, color management, and large format file preparation.
• Proficiency in AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, and ChatGPT.
• Experience with Unity/AR/Touch UI export, basic 3D/animation, and HTML/CSS is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines and conduct site visits as needed.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires coordination with internal teams, external suppliers, and occasional site visits to ensure project success.
