About the Role

Yo AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. This is a contract position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Context and Purpose

The specialist will apply professional design expertise to evaluate and enhance AI-generated creative outputs. A key aspect of this role involves contributing high-quality human feedback for AI training purposes. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using various design tools, including Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of professional experience in creative and design fields.
Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Experience solely using AI tools to create content does not fulfill the requirement for human-data work experience.
