The Role of Graphic Designer

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company's real estate marketing, branding, property sales, and promotional campaigns. The role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate property features and brand objectives into compelling visual materials for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, and property advertisements.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and online advertising.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing materials in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.
• Design promotional materials for property launches, real estate exhibitions, sales campaigns, and marketing events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, and Sales Team to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while staying updated on design trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

Required Experience and Attributes

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated strong creative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate property features and brand objectives into compelling visual materials.
• Goal-oriented, persevering, self-motivated, and ambitious.
• People-oriented approach to work.

Work Environment
