The Procurement Opportunity Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on tender notices related to Telecom & Information Technology within Saudi Arabia's Etimad platform. This involves detailed tracking of solicitations, capturing key information, and preparing qualification briefs to support project opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor the official source for current Saudi Arabia Etimad Telecom & Information Technology Tender Monitor notices and record each notice identifier.
• Distinguish open solicitations from market research, source notices, and expired listings.
• Capture buyer details, procurement routes, and response channels from each notice.
• Verify closing dates and time zones against the buyer's current notice and any amendments.
• Download available solicitation files and record any missing attachments.
• Track changes to eligibility, registration, and submission instructions.
• Summarize the stated scope and identify required technical disciplines for a response.
• Flag conflicts between the source page, attached documents, and imported opportunity records.
• Record buyer questions and clarification deadlines before recommending a response.
• Prepare and hand off a source-linked qualification brief with confirmed facts and unresolved items.

Candidate Requirements

• A current resume or professional profile demonstrating experience directly relevant to Saudi Arabia Procurement Opportunity Analyst roles, specifically with Saudi Government Entities via Etimad.
