About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs efficiently.
Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports accurately.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
Transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.

Physical Requirements of the Role

Guest Experience Experts will be required to be on their feet and move around for extended periods, which includes standing, sitting, or walking. The role involves navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as using stairs and service ramps. A hands-on approach is essential, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
Proactive approach to guest service and operational needs.
