Initial Facilities Management is seeking a Hard Service Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on managing hard services and technical operations within high-rise towers.

Role Overview

The Hard Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of all technical and engineering services within facilities, specifically high-rise towers. This includes ensuring reliable operations, effective maintenance, compliance with HSE standards, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hard services operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance.
• Lead and supervise maintenance and technical teams, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
• Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Monitor contractors, suppliers, service quality, and maintenance performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, maintenance standards, and client expectations.
• Prepare reports, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
• Respond effectively to technical issues, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and other service teams to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Hard Services Management, preferably within high-rise towers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience leading technical and maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
